REFUND POLICY  
 

It's easy! Just follow these steps:

• Fill out and detach the Exchange/Return form on the back of your sales receipt.

• Create a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

• Package the items(s), including ALL TAGS that came with the product and the Exchange/Return form.

• Use the pre-printed address label for faster processing. (Note: This is not a prepaid shipping label.)

• We recommend you send your package via UPS with a tracking number; please do not send COD.

We will credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

If exchanging:

· To receive the exchange you desire, we recommend you place a new order online to ensure availability.
